NALP works in partnership with state-based organizations to recruit leaders from immigrant communities to participate in our core 2-day training program Ready to Lead. This signature training curriculum, which identifies the immigrant experience as an asset in civic leadership, has been implemented in seven cities since June 2011. Following the two-day training, participants receive coaching and webinar trainings, in preparation for advanced campaign skills training at Ready to Run. This second round of training is offered to Ready to Lead alumni and their potential campaign managers through our 501(c)4, The New American Leaders Initiative (NALI).Click on a state to review past trainings
